I'm only 11 and in 5th grade, but I already think girls are hot. Do you think I'm too young to start kissing them?

No, you are not too young! Go for it.
Although I did not have my first kiss until I was 15, I saw my brother kissing at 10, and he tells me he was actually kissing at 9. I believe him 100%.
