The Future of Romanism

I thought this was about a revitalization of the traditional Roman/Greek religions!

Rebuilidng the temples sounds like a great idea to me! Perhaps we can start with the Temple of Fire for the Vestal Virgins!

Roman Catholicism is essentailly a pagan religion, not Christianity. They celebrate pagan festivals like Christmas (Saturnalia) and Easter (from Ishtar or Astarte). They pray to the 'Queen of Heaven' (in the Bible, the Queen of Heaven is the goddess Ashtoreth).

Please, Catholics don't worship any of the "gods" or "goddesses" you mention. It's pure hyperbolic propaganda.

Besides, you're going to have to lump the Orthodox (Greek, Russian, etc.,) along with the Catholics, as well as Episcopalians (Catholic-Lite) and everybody else who's christian and HAS NO PROBLEM celebrating those holidays either!

Come off it! Thw religion of Rome prays to statues, prays to dead people, prays to imaginary 'patron saints' (even though many of the names of those man-named 'saints' are female!

The religion of Rome is pagan, and doomed.

Well, it seems to be alive and well.

And the fundie freaks who preach hate & fear like yourself are getting few and far between.

You have such an un-healthy and un-christian obsession with Catholicism you must really be tempted by it!
