Afterlife

I beleive strongly in and afterlife-- because Jesus spoke of it clearly-- as well as other parts of the New Testament. It is very comforting to know this when people you love die and when you realize you- of course- will die also. I do not know how one could beleive In jesus and not be convinced of an afterlife with Him. Nio, I am not a religious fanatic-- i am a very average person-- but I really do beleive in Jesus- thoug h I do not talk about it alot

do you know beyond the shadow of a doubt that if you were to die today, you would go to Heaven? See, I can't get to Heaven by being good enough...it takes a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. why are you harassing this guy for? He said he believed in Jesus and and afterlife.

I don't mean to sound angry, just that when I was a child, I would be harassed by people because I would not talk a lot about my relationship with Jesus and was accussed of not being saved, which was unfair to me or anyone else who was unjustly accused. I think that people express their relationship with God in many different ways, depending on what faith they are. It seems to me that Catholics in general are not as vocal about their relationship, not because of lack of faith or relationship, but because of Catholisim. I'm not sure if that makes any sense, I can say more if you don't understand.
