Should babysitter be allowed to punish

I have to address them as maam

I just turned 20. My youngest sitter is 17, my oldest is about my mothers age. I treat my youngest sitter as an adult as she is more mature than me and has authority over me. All are allowed to spank me when they feel it is necessary.

I address my 17 yr old baby sitter as maam no matter where i am. My mom expects me to address any female 18 and up as maam unless i know I can use there first name.

Females deserve my respect amd in some cases, my obediance.I address them as maam and would tell her that I am expected to address her as maam unless she tells me otherwise. Some will give me permission to use their first name and others tell me to continue to address them as maam. It is always their choice.

I have to say Miss or Miss (name) to my babysitters whenevr I am with them or if I see them outside. They have me put my hand up before speaking when I am with them
