DEFINATELY IN FAVOR OF THE DEATH PENALTY. HELL, I THINK IF THE POLICE CATCH YOU IN THE ACT OF A FELONY THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO EXECUTE YOU ON THE SPOT.

Does that still apply when the white cop spot the black guy looking suspicious getting into his brand-new Porsche. He is black, therefore he could not afford it, therefore shoot right? Or does this really show the subjectivness that reality brings when mixed with prejudice? Think man, it could be you who gets shot for commiting a crime you did not in fact commit.

The death penalty should be reserved for felons over 50. They should have a prison with poor accomodations for people guilty of heinous crimes and have them serve a life sentence. That's worse.

30 % of the people on death row in Illinois were found to be INNOCENT by DNA testing, the gov. commuted all the death sentences to life imprisonment. Theres just too big a risk of killing innocent people like you or me, your mom or dad, etc.
