Wait,
Canada only has like 52,000 total troops right?
They probably couldn't defend any one province in Canada if it were attacked. Leave all Canadien troops in Canada.
p.s. I live in the USA.
The total number of troops for each country on earth can be found by looking at the "Nations of the World" section in the World Almanac and Book of Facts for any given year.

If you make a list of all nations on earth that have 10,000 or more active duty troops (regardless of the size of that nation) you will find that there are about 118 nations with 10,000 or more active duty troops. Of these, Canada ranks in the bottom 20 in size of active duty troop force.
Leave all North American troops in North America.
