WHAT DOES THE 'WORD OF GOD' SAY ABOUT ITSELF Psalm 119:160 "Your word is true from the beginning: and every one of your righteous judgments endures for ever."

John 17:17 "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth."

2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE 'WORD' OF GOD John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (they must be one) John 1:2 "The same(Word) was in the beginning with God." John 1:3 "All things were made by him(the Word); and without him(the Word) was not any thing made that was made."

Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning (the Word of) God created the heaven and the earth." Genesis 1:2 "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." (earth was made from water, not fire) Genesis 1:3 "And God said, Let there be light: and there was light."

Any place in Genesis 1 that says 'And God said,' You can easily say, "And the 'Word of' God said, Let there be light: and there was light."

EXAMPLES: (Please read your Bible while reading this) Genesis 1:25 "And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creeps upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:26 "And the Word of God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1:27 "So the Word of God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them." Genesis 1:31 "And the Word of God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." (Everything was GOOD on the sixth day of creation)

GOD RESTED, BEING DONE WITH ALL HIS WORK Genesis 2:1 "In this manner the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them." Genesis 2:2 "And on the seventh day the 'Word of' God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made." Genesis 2:3 "And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that it was in it he had rested from all his work by his Word God created and made."

EVERYTHING WAS MADE WITHIN SIX DAYS: Exodus 20:11 "In six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day: for this purpose the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and set it apart from other days."

FORE-RUNNER TAUGHT OF THE LIGHT THAT WAS TO COME, TO LIGHT THE WORLD John 1:6 "There was a man sent from God, whose name was John." John 1:7 "This John came as a witness, to support witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe." John 1:8 "John was not that Light, but was sent to share the witness of that Light." John 1:9 "That was the true Light, which lights everyone that comes into the world."

THE WORD CAME TO EARTH John 1:10 "He(the Light or Word) was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world did not know him." John 1:11 "He came to his own people, and his own people did not receive him." John 1:12 "But as many people that did receive him(the Word), to them he gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:" John 1:13 "Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

THE WORD MADE MAN John 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we clearly seen his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." John 1:15 "John bare witness of him(the Word), and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He is the one that comes after me is chosen before me: for he was before me." John 1:16 "And of his(the Words) fulness we have all received, and grace for grace(mercy)." John 1:17 "For the law was given by Moses, but grace(mercy) and truth came from Jesus Christ." John 1:18 "No one has seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the heart of the Father, he has declared him."

LIVE ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF GOD Matthew 4:4 "But he answered and said, It is written, Man will not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."

Acts 8:14 "Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the 'word of God,' they sent to them Peter and John." (John 1:12) (or received Jesus)

Romans 10:17 "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."

Ephesians 6:17 "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:"

THERE ARE SOME WHO ARE WILLINGLY IGNORANT OF A SIX DAY CREATION 2 Peter 3:5 "For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens(universe was) were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water." (uniformitarianism)

Did the word of God(Jesus), just sit back and watch his creation, fight through death and suffering, before Adam appeared on the earth? That would put death and suffering before Adam, making God the cause of suffering and death, not us.

THE WORLD NOW IS RESERVED FOR FIRE AGAINST THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT 2 Peter 3:7 "But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same 'word' are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men." (earth might be hell)

KEEP THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD APPLIED TO YOUR DAILY LIVES 1 John 2:5 "But whoever keeps his word, in him truly is the love of God perfected: by means of this we know that we are in him."

John 14:15 And Jesus said, "If all of you love me, keep my commandments."

John 14:21 "He that has my commandments, and keeps them, it is he that loves me: and he that loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."

John 15:10 "If all of you keep my commandments, all of you will abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love."
