my brother when he was 15
I watched my brother get a bare bottom spanking when he was 15, Dad had him drop his pants and underwear, lean over a chair with his legs somewhat apart.. I was in the other room but could see clearly that his whole butt was exposed and he was hanging down between his legs. I know that his balls must have caught the belt a time or two as he winced on those licks.
