Mythbusters vs. Comedy

What about Kevin Trudeau who has never been to medical school but spent time in the slam for fraud? He spends a fortune on cable pushing crap about how cancer can be cured through some machine that modifies vibrations and now he claims to the secret of losing weight. I could get in trouble for skinnydipping or smoking pot which is not against the law in most of the world while he gets to push advise which could kill people.
