God can do anything that can be done.
Increasing power (up to an infinate degree) would not make the last question any more possible.

You can look at it this way. The earth is called "the third rock from the sun". God made it. But God can not lift it as it exists now, because it does not rest upon anything. (That is where God placed it. Job 26:7) (To lift something implies that it is on something from which it is to be lifted.) He could lift it though, if He first chose to place it on a larger object (which He has not done).
None of this implies any weakness upon God's part. He is just living by His rules ("laws of nature") that He created in the first place.
