I don't wear one to play laser tag (there's no contact and they don't let you run) but I always wear a cup for paintball. It's asking to get shot in the balls to not wear one.

well i have been paintballin for about 4 years and am the president of my school's paintball club. we dont require athletes to wear a jock butif they feel they need to, more power to them. i haven't worn a jockstrap during paintball, ever, and have never gotten hit there, only one close call right on the groin. i am sponsored by 32° and for the most part i feel that a jockstrap is unneccesary for this sport "if you got the balls."
