I'd say that 'Super Gouls n' Ghosts' is about the hardest game out there. The only one I'd say is harder is harder than that is the original 'Ghosts n' Goblins' for the NES. Oh, and 'Turok: Dinosaur Hunter' for the N64 is pretty damn hard, too.
