You left out a lot of possibilities. I am Agnostic, believing in a supreme being, but having some issues with traditional organized religions. If you want a true sampling, you might consider adding a few more catagories such as Atheist, or even Pagan/Wiccan.

Your Poll by no means can or will ever be able to tell someone weather or not they believe in God. You're not asking the right questions or even asking questions relevent to the poll. I am a God fearing person definitly and your question about going to church and how much, is from someone with no Bible Knowledge. Jesus says and I quote; Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them! Mathew 18;18-20
