michael jackson----guilty??

As for the boy who is accusing MJ. I doubt if he even knows what the truth is anymore. He spent many hours with a shrink, before the allegations, and it was the shrink that decided to take the allegations to the D.A.. By now, this boy, has seen many shrinks and will see many more. He has also spent much time with his mother, who from what I understand, and this is just my opinion, is that she may be more interested in the money than the welfare of her son. Everyone putting their own spin on this thing. Each one making the boy believe it their way. I really feel sorry for the boy, because none of this is being done for whats best for him. Everyone has their own agenda, and they are using this boy to make it happen.

I don't know what happened or didn't happen. And by now, this boy is so messed up, that no one will ever know the truth, because he doesn't know the truth anymore.

The trial is going to be a circus. MJ is going to be convicted, because that is what society expects of courts to do with this type of accusation. It doesn't matter if the accused is guilty or not, once the accusation is made, society deems them guilty, and expects law enforcement and the courts to protect it from these dangerous people.

I really hope this is a closed court for the trial, but fear that it won't be, so the circus will go on, and we the people are going to hear all the gory details, after they have been magnified and expounded upon.

MJ couldn't get an unbiased trial, if his life depended upon it. No one could after all this hype.

My personal opinion, MJ will be found guilty, and sentenced to prison time. MJ is way too fragile to survive Prison life, he will either be killed or kill himself, but either way, MJ will not survive prison. So whatever sentence he does get from the judge, it will be a death sentence.

I personally do not think MJ has ever raped any child. I personally think, that MJ has never had a sexual relationship with any child. I do think MJ has been intimate with children. I do believe he has cuddled with kids, hugged them, kissed them, snuggled with them. He may have even bathed with them, changed clothes in their presence, been nude with them. But I don't think he has ever actually molested any child.

But in our society today. Those things that I have said that I believe he may have done is considered molesting. Today, people are being sent to prison for tickling kids, hugging kids, and wrestling with kids. It is extremely dangerous for anyone to touch any kid in any way, even if that kid is your own child. In my state, child molesting is defined as anything done with a child, that is deemed by the prosecutor to have been done for the purpose to arouse the adult. If a father gives his 4 year old child a bath, and the prosecutor determines that was done so the father could get excited, then it is child molesting. The same for a hug, wrestling, tickling or any other friendly behaviour.

So is MJ sunk? You bet he is! Either way, if he did it, or didn't do it, he is sunk.

And sadly, I agree. I do think that MJ molested the boy(s) as we define it but in his mind it was true acts of compassion and "love".
