Creationism VS. Evolutionism

I tell you

Posted by Blackmaster11one on 2004-05-30 05:41:20

Where do you go when you die? Does physics help? If you live again, what makes you "live" again? What drives your emotions? Unfortunately, evolution doesn't answer everything, did it come with a book? The Bible is older than the date evolution came to play. What caused the Bing Bang? In fact, what really was the big bang? Being smart doesn't mean you understand everything. And if you don't believe in Creation, then were did Jesus come from? Why is He everywhere? Where did all the characters of the Bible come from? No one would of made a book like that if it didn't have a purpose.

OK to answer some questions: the Bible was written to control people's fears. Everything is a chemical reaction, from emotions, right down to you breathing, or even you thinking god exists. There is no explaination for the Big Bang, except that there was equal energy ata ll times, so when there was just compressed amounts of energy, well energy has to move, and energy is basically liquid matter, let me explain: ice is matter, water is energy, when you have energy it can take any form, and then turn back to matter, so basically the big bang caused everything to happen while water, then froze into ice. Besides, there is some evidence for evolution, none for creationism. So go back to church and pray you understand, mabye you'll realize its futile, just shut up, ok?

"Where do you go when you die?"

I have no idea. In fact, I am not even sure that we go anywhere.

"Does physics help?"

No, not at all. But then I am not aware of the relevence really? What does this have to do with evolution?

"If you live again, what makes you "live" again?"

I do not know, do you?

"What drives your emotions?"

Depends on what you mean really. We do know that electrical impulses sent from the sense organs via the nervous system are interpreted by the brain which in turn stimulates the production of chemicals illiciting emotional responses. However, this is still poorly understood, there is much more to know.

"Unfortunately, evolution doesn't answer everything, did it come with a book?"

Quite right, evolution does not answer everything, but nor does it pretend to. Evolution merely attempts to explain the mechanisms that result in the rich biodiversity of the planet. You can read many books about how evolution works in fact, books that are referenced to keep in check the validity of their claims in fact.

"The Bible is older than the date evolution came to play."

This is not true as humans are the product of millions of years of evolution and books are a human invention. Therefore the bible, which is a book, must have come after evolution.....

"What caused the Bing Bang?"

I do not know, nor do I have a clue what came before it, if anything.

"In fact, what really was the big bang?"

A very sudden release if increadible amounts of energy the likes of which have never been seen since in the history of this universe. For more detail consult an astrophysicist.

"Being smart doesn't mean you understand everything."

Agreed, in fact it to be truely smart you must be able to openly admit your own ignorance. How else can you learn if not to recognise that you can?

"And if you don't believe in Creation, then were did Jesus come from?"

From the fusion of a sperm and an ova to form an embryo presumably. Or perhaps someone's active, and clever, imagination?

"Why is He everywhere?"

Well, this assumes that he in fact is. Unless you refer to the fact that belief of him is everywhere in which case the answer is probably a complex sociological issue.

"Where did all the characters of the Bible come from?"

The imaginations of some very imaginative men presumably.

"No one would of made a book like that if it didn't have a purpose."

If we assume that your statement here is true, that every book is written with a purpose. What was the purpose? Do you actually know?

Ok time to place down the trump & finish this once this is laid down only christians can give na acceptable answer.

Where did the the first matter come from?(we know it was made of atoms but where did they come from?) something cannot come out of nothing)

I belive that there is an explanation for god's existance that is hidden from us because no matter which way you look at it I find a paradox Evolution:We are here we came from nothing(something canno come from absolute nothing, strangely we can't imagine nothing because to be nothing has no color, no smell nothing.

& for we christians where did god come from we just can't answer it except say he has been forever, but there must be an explanation & i'll go ahead & say evolution has a dead end road christianity at least has some explanation.

Something can't come from nothing

How true it is that something can't come from nothing. That is why it is silly to believe in creationism. It implies that God created something from nothing. Since God cannot create because it is logically impossible to do so, than if He exists he must have always existed and all matter that exists now must have always existed as well. Which makes me wonder, what's God's role in the universe and why should I even believe that He exists?
