Is YOUR priest likeable???

I have always liked our parish priest he is just a real good guy who is there for people in all kinds of trouble-- and once upon a time I was one of them and he saw me thru a bad time (my own fault) and helped to overcome my mistakes and build a good life for myself. A priest is expected to be there to offer Mass to hear Confessions etc-- but our parish priest is ALSO ALWAYS there for guys in jail-- or juvenile detenion- or the hospital or when dying in a hospice-- he is quiet about his work-- but everyone agrees -- he shows up wherever one needs him-- and that is not always in church.
