I'm an 18 y/o boy with a girl friend who is definitely not my cousin. When I was 11-12, my girl cousin my age and I practiced kissing and making out with each other. It wasn't all that sexual. We were just curious and wanted to get some experience to use when we really went out with people later. It was fun and I think it helped.
