Superman Vs X-Men

Considering Jean's level of telekinetics, she stands a good chance at defeating Superman. Possibly Psylocke, depending on which version of her it is.

Rogue could give Superman a run for his money if not outright defeat him. While she isn't as strong as him by default, her absorbed Ms. Marvel powers would allow her to keep up wiht him long enough for the gloves to come off and for Rogue to absorb his powers enough to make the fight dead even... or make herself temporarilly more powerful than Superman.

I cant agree more with you. Rouge could really weaken supes then use his powers against him. Supes has no chance against her and Jean could drive him crazy useing mind games like visons of Krypton blowing up.

psychic abilities don't affect superman at all only w/t psychic tele communication so at best they could talk him to death. Second point he is not human and he his not a mutant. He comes from a supereior race of beings with technolgy far more advanced than anybody else in the universe. So his mind is already too elite and too strong for a meer psychic to plunder his mind. My evidence that superman is a psychic is the fact he holds buildings in the palms of his hands with out them crumbling... If all else fails he moves faster than the speed of thought which is faster than light as eveidenced by the fact he flew so fast he broke space and time which would destroy the universe (which he flew to the edge of in seconds by the way) but i digress... he would break their necks before they would ever get a chance to remove a glove or think of hurting superman

I can't imagine Superman going that far to defeat someone, unless things were as critical as his fight against Doomsday.

Now that I give it more thought, things could possibly backfire on Rogue. I'm not sure if it's ever been shown that Rogue can be overloaded by absorbing powers, but if it has, then her trying to absorb Superman's abilities could backfire on her. But it's just speculation on my part.
