Isaac or Ishmael?

Valer, You deserve some kind of medal for your valiant efforts to reach Michael. But in case you haven\t figured it out by now...it just ain\t gonna happen. He will never see your point, and if he did, something tells me he`d never admit it.

I may be totally off base on this, but, in reading these posts over the last several weeks, something keeps occurring to me. I can\t help but wonder if Michael is really who he represents or is he just someone who has been playing with us. Could it be that he is someone who is just trying to make the point that the typical fundie is a close-minded, illiterete, uneducated, backwoods hick. (Of course I don\t believe they all are) But think about it. His poor grammar, spelling, etc. almost seem intentional. And since it takes a reasonable amount of intellegence to operate a computer, it just doesn\t add up. This is just something that has crossed my mind that I can\t help but wonder about.

Having said that, I apologize to Michael in the event that I\m wrong and he truly is who he represents himself to be. I\ve always been hesitant to critize anyone`s communication skills since you never know if someone has a learning disability, is just a poor or careless typist, or English is not their primary language. Plus I recognize the fact that I make many typos as well as grammatical and spelling errors at times myself.

Valer, you have shown a admireable peristance in trying to get your points across to him. You obviously have a great desire to impart your vast knowledge to others. This quality should serve you well in your teaching career. Here\s to hoping that your efforts aren\t wasted on any of your future students like they were on our friend Michael.
