After you physically castrate the offender, while doing the surgical procedure, a vagina should be made and given to the balless creature. Female hormones should be given to him (forced IV) to make his as attractive as he could be. then put him in a male prison for a few years.

You cannot make a "him" into a girl. One is either fortunate enough to be born female, or one is not! Attempting to make a female out of a "him" would be like building a castle out of cardboard. It may look fine from a distance, but it's nothing more than a cheap knock-off.
Besides, what point would it serve to put this ... thing into prisons? All the males in prison would have had their wieners and nuts removed before going there.

I think it's rather insulting that men think if you carry out a so called 'sex change' on a male you easily create a female. Forget creating a vagina, it's the male brain that is most defective and would be the first thing that needs changing.

Samantha is right. The difference between being male and female is not about having that disgusting wiener dangling between your legs! A male who has had his wiener cut off is not only a good start, it's a male who is less of a threat. But it certainly does NOT make him female.

I agree that you can't make him into a female, but you can make him into a f uck toy. After surgery, all those nerves would be intact and sensitive. There could be a small section of males who are particulary large and rugged, that still have their wieners (for the time being) and they could be turned loose on the "converted" male to be raped and abused, night after night, until he's so badly damaged that he commits suicide. That would be just punishment for a rapist... to be raped to death.

You would still take their nuts and wieners, but in the meantime they can be used as tools to punish the rapists.
