9/11 Israeli or US Implications
This terrorist attack was planned by Al Queda and launched because the people behind it are crazy and somewhat stupid. Tactically it was a brilliant plan, but strategically it was on par with the Japaneese attack on Pearl Harbor, a big foot bullet.
The reasons of those behind it are hard to comprehend until you realize that they're a bunch of inbred religious zealots. I mean that literally. Cousin marriages are encouraged in the middle east, in some areas to the point that genetic conditions are associated with people from that region. The US is dealing with a culture where the church, the state, and the press are all pretty much one and the same.
One thing you can all be sure of, this attack was not perpetrated by the US government or our allies in Israel. The corrupt portions of our government don't give a rat's $%!@ about the backwater that is Afghanistan, and the Israeli's and easily take care of themselves. If the US were to withdraw support for Israel and the arab nations were to attack, all that would result is a sharp drop in the arab population on this planet and the likely expansion of territory controlled by Israel. I for one would love to see just that. I'm sick and tired of hearing about terrorists bombing schoolbusses in Israel and the israelis' not doing anything about it. Its time the Israeli's take out the trash in their country by expelling all of the palestinians. I can assure you that if a bunch of canadians started bombing schoolbusses, or Mexicans started using car-bombs against us that it wouldn't be very long before canadians or mexican would be seen handing from streetlights on every corner. The US is the most violent civilized society on earth, we wouldn't put up with it. The palestinians are lucky they are dealing with Jews who don't want to become latter day Nazi's. We americans have no such compunctions. We virtually obliterated the entire native american population and culture, we can certainly do the same thing to the muslims of the middle east as well.
