Since we know a "lump" half the size of a grain of sand might be life threatening, if un-discovereded for less than a week, how is a person to differentiate between "massage" or "exam"?

A daughter's breasts, or a son's testicles, should be examined frequently.

Mad-John, this is a great point. I administer monthly testicle exams to my 14 year old son and he does the same to me. We each strip down, and examine each others testes thoroughly.
