Seriously, that poll was what, 35 pages? 150 replies? And he just yanks it?

There were some good comments in there! I for one actually put some thought into some of the stuff I wrote. I know other people did too. I know I was a bit unpleasant toward him, but I also tried to get shine some reason into that grotto of a mind of his.

I wonder what pushed him over the edge. All the hallucinogenic talk?

I have to say I have some serious doubts that he was a green beret. He didn't come across as ex-military at all. Can you imagine a green beret telling the tale of The Two friends? Or the Lonely Lion?

Whatever he may or may not have been, he was certainly a wanker.

He could have been a green beret and be a wacko fundie too. I have a close friend who was a Green Beret and is a fundamental baptist - tithing, rapture, the whole 9 yards. He is a geologist too. I honestly don't know how someone can be a geologist (at least a good one) and buy into all that biblical cr_p.
