Should I tell my parents that I want to be a girl

There is no requirement to stick rigidly to the traditional social attitudes- things aren't so black/white anymore. What aspect of being a girl interests you? The clothes? the mindset? Whatever it is, you don't have to go the whole way just to enjoy those things. The stereotypes of the masculine, butch man/ feminine woman are way past their sell-by-date.

Be whoever you are. You don't need to go the whole hog just to wear a skirt, for example. Lots of men do so, but do so as a man rather than try to be female.

yah i mean its not wrong to be yourself. my sons 14 and he just came out and said he was gay to me one day i was shocked but i wasnt mad or anything you should know that no-matter what you do your parrents will always love you.

Do you like actually being a girl? Or do you just like the clothes etc? You should wear the clothes you like as you are, bend the 'rules' a bit rather than conform.
