Miley Cyrus gets too much attention...

Instructions: Bring her up on a stage in a public square in her hometown. Make her strip completely naked. She is to spread her arms and legs far apart and bend all the way over a special punishment bench. She is secured with restraints so she cannot escape. Take a long, thick, metal paddle that has been dipped in ice water, rub it lightly over her rear and tap it a few times in anticipation of the searing pain to come. Bring it all the way behind your back and swing with all your might. Hit her bare flesh very hard and very fast. Give her 1000 whacks with the paddle, nonstop, all night long. Pay no attention to her screams and cries, which will be heard by posterity. When it is all over, her bottom will be bright red and glow in the dark and seen in the next galaxy.

Special Note: This should be broadcast on a live ABC Television Special and she should wear her Hannah Montana wig cause, after all, isn't it more fun to spank a blonde?

200 degrees, eh? Man, that is REALLY strict. Miley's pretty little bottom will be a rosy blister by the time you're finished with her. She would be sobbing her heart out by the end. And I must admit, I'd rather spank her as a blond than as a brunette. Still, I've got some ideas of my own, which I'd like to share with you.

Miley is nude except for a leather collar around her neck and matching braclets at her wrists and ankles. All are fitted with D-rings for a leash or tie-off points. Blushing with shame, she is paraded on a lead through the streets of her home town. When Miley reaches the square, she sees that a whipping frame has been erected. She struggles and pleads, but to no avail. Miley is unleashed and her wrists are secured to the frame by chains. Her arms are now in a Y-shape above her head, stretching her up on tip-toe. Her feet are unrestrained.

A bullwhip is produced and handed to her chastiser. Perhaps this is Lucy Lawless in her Xena outfit. Or maybe Michelle Pfeiffer in her Catwoman costume. Or even your own good self. It's up to you, really. The whip is shown to Miley, who's pleas for mercy increase tenfold. Her torturer walks behind her and draws back the lash.

The whip snakes across her bare white body, leaving red-raw welts behind it. First her shoulders, then her buttocks. Again and again without mercy. Miley screams at every stroke of the lash. Her feet kick back with every blow. She weeps and begs for quarter, but her cries fall on deaf ears. Miley receives 100 full-blooded strokes upon her upper back, and an equal number upon her bottom.

In the end, she hangs limp in her chains, sobbing pitiously. Miley is then left in the square until sundown. A fitting example for all such naughty girls!

Here's a few more tips:

1. The punishment should be administered by Robert Iger, the CEO of Disney!
2. The whip should be dipped in ice cold salt water about every 10 strokes or so, that way it stings like hell!
3. Place a blindfold over her eyes and tape her mouth shut. She won't be able to see when it's coming, and her screams will be stifled...all the way down to her soul!
4. Instead of tying her arms above her head, how about tying her feet? Hang her upside down!
5. And lastly, her parents should be sequestered in a windowed booth across the way, where they can look down, helplessly, and made to see their poor little girl being tortured!
