Adaptation for survival to the ambient is not evolution. People skin change color for protection under the sun, and eventually their skin can get very dark if they expose themselves too much. I've lived three years in Africa, I know what I'm talking about. The eyes of the Eskimos have changed the same way over time to protect their eyes from the sun rays reflected on the ice.

If a not too strong person get a job where he needs to load and unload trucks with 70 pounds heavy bags he will develop in a few months bigger muscles with those bumps that he didn't have before.

Isn't he a human being anymore? He looks different! Those lizards didn't change in snakes or flying dragons. Eating harder stuff made their mouth muscles harder and changed the shape of their heads of course. If you try to cross a dog with a cat won't work or a cow with a horse the same way, and you cannot find a lamb with an eagle head anywhere in the world.

An exception, but anyway between two very similar animals. A horse + a donkey = a mule. A mule is a sterile animal. The mule is a sterile hybrid. The difference between the numbers of chromosomes in the cells of the donkey (62 chromosomes; 31 pairs) and the horse (64 chromosomes; 32 pairs) results in a mule or hinny with 63 chromosomes.

This odd number is responsible for mule's sterility—the donkey and horse chromosomes are unable to form matched pairs during the early stages of conception, resulting in the death of the reproductive cells.

I'm getting pretty convinced that everybody believes in God. You just don't fight so hard what doesn't exist.

The point is: People blame God for everything that hurt their feelings under the sun. Cancer, suffering, deformations, injustices etc are not God's fault. God didn't create evil. Evil is just the lack of God. If you go away from God you are right there. Fallen angels or demons are for real. Lucifer tried to be God himself. To do so he went away from God worshiping himself and getting others to do the same. He is the one today that convince billions that God doesn't exist and that is ok to look for people praise and worship yourself instead.

I witnessed in Europe more than once strange cases of people possessed by “something” supernatural. Not schizophrenic cases. In one case two ladies were in the same room laying down in bed and with a few people around as witnesses. They were at the time insulting each other in an original way. Females addressing each other as males. In that language you end the word with an “o” addressing a male and an “a” addressing a female. One was telling the other that “it's your fault...” and on the continuation “those spirits or demons” were mad at each other talking as a male to another male.

You may say: Well! If there's a loving God why did He created angels that became fallen angels like Lucifer and the other demons?

Why not? God couldn't be over powered by fear just because He could see the wrong turn of part of His creation in the future. He wasn't going to be God anymore not doing so because of the consequences. From the beginning of time He saw Lucifer rebellion and decided to become flesh Himself as Jesus to rescue us from condemnation. His creation of so many living creatures in so many other Galaxies never was limited by fear of something. God is not afraid or limited by anything. But this is another world of knowledge for you guys. See yeah!

StarGateCode: I just stumbled by this thread and read your rambling essay on 2 friends, granite and rhyolite and other nonsense. You don't have the slightest clue about the origin of granite and rhyolite or geology in general, leave alone Polonium or other radioactive elements. Furthermore they have nothing to do with evolution. All land masses are NOT underlain by granite. Also, the oldest rocks found on Earth are not granite. You should really not shoot out so much nonsense because you only expose your ignorance.

Evolution is a fact -- god is a myth. Evolution has been proven over and over again - observed in the lab and in nature. You cannot prove the existence of ANY god and never will.

I really have to agree with dan. You actually don't know what you are talking about. You really are making a fool of yourself. It is painful to watch. Check your facts properly. Don't say something daft because it sounds clever to you - it is just plain daft which is what it makes you look like. I'm trying to help you out here but I guess you'll continue making a donkey out of yourself.

In another poll we debated with someone who had the arrogance to call himself the old wise man but at least he tried to sound plausible. He tried to argue his point. He was wrong but he tried to debate properly.

You are an idiot - you just proved it. You have to start getting serious and putting your points in a logical fashion, backed up by scientifically acceptable proofs. Don't waste your time trying to be clever. Really clever people don't need to try. How old are you by the way?

SGC, do you realize you actually believe in evolution? You just believe in Lamarckian evolution! Lamarck was wrong but he was still explaining evolution in EXACTLY the same way you are explaining it.

Wow! Really? Evolution never was proved as a fact. You guys want it so desperately to become a fact that you repeat it over and over, until it sounds like in your minds that is true. Nope. It's a lie scientifically proved. Evolution is not a science or even close. Just theories ok? You guys are warriors of a lost cause and yes you are right... Only God can prove that He exist and He did it already through so many visible nature ways but... You guys maybe don't have what takes to see it so... You prefer to call people names instead of trying to convert them to your ideas. Well! Here it goes two challenges.

First one... Show me here why you believe that evolution is a fact. One example at a time please, and I'll refute them step by step with science facts that you are wrong.
