if hillary did ever become our president (not saying she will) we will be lead into chaos and it will lead to americas doom. the terrists will be after us for we will look weak like taylor bu said we will be looked upon as a week nation. for hillary is a week leader now if we have a strong women leader then maybe but if we ever have one hillary is deffinitly not the one. also some of our enemies give absolutly no rights to women really and us with a women leader wow thats gonna look good hillary would be assassainated in her first year by terrists

So...we should base what we do on what our enemies think of us? Now THAT's appeasement. Just like with any job, we should pick the most qualified person whether she is a woman or he is a man.

now totoro you just said by the most qualified person. Now you are for Obama and yet he has absolutely no experience whatsoever. now that doesn sound like any experience to me. if we went by experience it would be down to McCain and CLinton but most of the american population is stupid and believe obama can bring 'change' the only change that he will bring is change in the balance of powers throughtout the world. now i think it would be very interesting to see if obama was white. he would not be doing nearly as good since you know he is only getting 92% of the black populations vote

I was wondering where you went. Obama has held various political offices for a long time. He is considered by many to be an expert in constitutional law and actually does have detailed positons on many issues. My favorite candidate was Dennis Kucinich. Obama is my favorite of the 3 major ones left.

You do make a good point though. McCain is the most experienced candidate. In my opinion, he is not the most qualified though. He has admitted to not knowing much about economics, and seems very confused about Middle Eastern issues. Considering we have a major deficit right now, I am wondering why we would vote for someone who wants to expand the military adventures that we are in while cutting taxes (I pay lots of taxes myself, but don't like the idea of an increasing deficit either).

I could care less if Obama is white, black, or purple. I like his positions on issues better than the other 2 and seems to me like less of a corporate $%!@. Obama is 1/2 black and 1/2 white I believe, but I'm sure you already knew that.

Once again, I am making a distinction between experience and qualifications. Many workplaces are full of people who have been there forever and still can't get beyond certain levels of pertinent knowledge and responsibility...trust me, I've seen it all too often. So you can have someone in any situation with TONS of experience, but little or no qualifications.

I hope Hill wins. She could stop this war over oil.
