Is John McCain qualified to be president?

How did Clinton and Obama vote on these issues?

Although they both state that they are against torture and for restoring Habeus Corpus, they both have missed a few key votes on these subjects which is very troubling. Dennis Kucinich was my choice and he has a perfect record on these issues from a pro Habeus Corpus and anti torture perspective. I do think the Democrats deserve the same scrutiny as the Republicans. I will research and post all of their votes on this when I get extra time if you would like me to unless of course someone else beats me to it (please be accurate if you do).
