Islam is a great religion

Hi from England. I have always thought of Islam as a great religion.

However, it seems to have two distinct identities. There are the moderate Muslims, who just want to worship Allah, follow the pillars of their religion, and do good things in the world. That is, of course, perfectly OK.

Then there are the militant Muslims, who want jihad, a war to convert the world to Islam. These people say they have a right to kill the unbelievers. I have heard many Muslims say that they have the divine right to kill a person who converts from Islam to Christianity.

Let me tell you, here in England there are three thousand brave and noble souls (at least) who have converted from Islam to Christianity, or another religion. And why shouldn't they? Everyone has the right to convert to Christianity if they want to. The Muslims want to build mosques here in England, but they will not allow Christian churches to be built in Iran, or Mali, or Mauritania. Hypocrites!

Islam is nothing like that. You and some Muslims who kill just to make other people call themselves muslims need to read up on the religion of Islam
