I think you should be spanked more and also have a dresscode. My girls have. They always wear tights or pantyhose and even when it is hot. I am sure you dont like that.

These seem like arsh punishments. My daughters have to wear there full school uniform at all times, after school, weekends and holidays - NO EXCEPTIONS. They didn't like it at first but as they had no choice, they got used to it and are well behaves because of it. Also recently they have begun kneeling time. After diner each night, they kneel before their parents for 15 minutes as a sign of respect. Young girls should never have their legs exposed and wear thick tights to keep prying eyes at bay, and I find keeping their hair up in a neat ballet bun helps on that to.

your leotard should be at least two sizes two small so it is more embarassing and more uncomfortable. You should also be wearing only the leotard and panties
