Your fitness (Poll by blackninja133)
Yeah I was gonna say the same thing.
I don't know who flagged you.
That is fixed now. Thanks
Your poll assumes we are all able to exercise but that's not true. I'm disabled and have CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) so I can't exercise - if I do any physical work I get cramp and can't do anything at all for at least the next day - and the CFS supresses my metabolism so I have to keep to a strict diet just to stay in the shape I'm in (which is 84 pounds more than I was before I got ill.
That said I'm going to take part in the Sport Relief mile with my daughter on 16 March. She will run and I will hobble round and hope to finish in under 15 minutes (which will be some achievement by the way).
If you live in the UK you can take part too. Go to mysportrelief.com and you can find where your nearest mile is and how to enter. All money raised is used for important causes around the world. Any help given is sustainable and helps to give hope back where there was none.
I'll look into that, but if you can't do any exercise, then, I don't know, maybe that poll wasn't really aimed at you. When I make polls, I always think about who I'm aiming at, but keep it vague in order to get the biggest respondse. In this case it was people who COULD do exercises. Sorry.
I really can exercise - just not for longer than a few minutes. It's all relative as my auntie May would say. i do physio and feel worse than a full, hard training session when I played rugby seriously.
Actually I was only trying to get some people to go into the Sport Relief Mile which I hope to finish within half an hour! I'll be happy just to finish.
I guess that was me exploiting your poll - sorry.
