The earth has up and down cycles. Because dust particles cause cooling we were causing cooling in recent decades. Now with pollution controls this cooling effect is subsiding.

Just tossing these out there because I have no idea whether or not these actually are true. Is anyone here able to verify or negate the following:
1) The organizations that track temperatures have noticed in the past 10 years, since the solar cycle ended in 1998, global temperatures have cooled.
2) The square area in front of your face contains about 100,000 molecules of atmosphere and there are only 38 of those molecules that are carbon dioxide. It is a trace component and does nothing to the climate.
