I changed my email address, and now I no longer get email when my polls are approved or when messages are posted in polls that I'm watching. Is the email going to my old address?

No, after an email change, your old address is no longer stored anywhere in our system. It should be going to your new address. Check your Mister Poll account to make sure there is not a typo in your email address. Also, if you have moved to a new mail system, it's possible the watch messages are being picked up as spam.

When i enter my picks on a Nascar poll i do every week my wife cannot enter her picks because it says i have already voted. How do I get around this

Try having her use a different web browser. For example, if you voted using Internet Explorer, have her use Chrome or Firefox.
