How can this be done? This is for a classroom setting....

The only way to currently allow it is to have your students vote in your test launch rather than in a normal public launch. Every poll has a test launch, which is meant for your own repeated testing and has no voting limits. When viewing your polls, the test launch is usually the first launch listed and is called "My Test Launch". Click the "Promote" link next to that launch and it will give you the voting URL.
