When I try to download the results of my poll, it doesn't work and only opens up using internet explorer not excel and it opens as a weird version of the webpage where I was before to downlaod the results. I don't know how to fix that. Please help.

Hmm... I'm not sure why that would be. Maybe try downloading it using a different web browser, like Firefox or Opera?

Thank you very much... I realized that the program I was using (MSN Premium, powered by internet explorer) couldn't open the file, but in regular internet explorer it worked very well.
