What would happen if one of my polls was put in editors' choice? Would you tell me? Or how about if a poll was not approved. Would it just never show up or would I be kicked out or get an e-mail or what?

Hi Miss Happy! Generally, when your poll is reviewed, you do get an email notification telling you whether it was accepted or not, and if it was, what category it was placed in. The one thing we don't have any special notification for right now is being selected as an Editor's Choice. We should, and we will add notification at some point, but at the moment, it's just a silent surprise. :-)

One thing. for the poll of the best bands of the 90's... and i am not one of those guys who demands some outragous band like jellyfish that no one has heard of.. although i would have voted for them.. what about Stone Temple Pilots.. in my mind the second best band of the 90's right after Nirvana... i think many would agree that they should at least be represented by something more than "other" it would be interesting to poll the other question... what bands people had in mind when they voted "other"... i'd be willing to bet more than 15% had STP in mind when they voted that way...
