I have one more idea. Because you made all of the questions required, you could actually submit your answers in stages. Answer the first 20 quetsions or so and submit. The remaining unanswered (and required) questions will be thrown back at you with a message that you must answer them. Then answer the next 20 and submit, repeating until you're done. If this is truly a session problem of some kind, keeping it active like that would likely get you through. It'd be interesting to see if somebody who usually had problems getting through it could get through this way.
